Sorry, I couldn’t help it! Every Friday (in fact, on other days as well), I have Rebecca Black’s Friday stuck in my head, whether I like it or not! Speaking of her, did you hear? Friday is just a viral marketing campaign for a new movie, The Music Factory! And yes, Rebecca Black is the character played by Jessica Jones (that’s her real name). I got duped into feeling sorry for her! :(

Anyways, today I’m gonna show you my latest haul from LUSH and CoverGirl, obtained with some help from my sweet friend and fellow beauty blogger, Roseanne Tang! :)

There are so many awesome beauty brands – LUSH, CoverGirl, NARS, Illamasqua… but we don’t have them in Singapore! I’ve read so many great reviews on these brands, and I was thinking of ordering some stuff for myself when Roseanne, who is currently studying in Melbourne, started roseannebeauty mailorder! Despite her hectic school schedule (and keeping up with blogging), Roseanne decided to help us Singaporean folks out a bit, and that’s how I got my haul.

All nicely packed with foam peanuts, a lovely note with her cute logo and what’s that… a packet of Cadbury’s Easter Magic! How sweet of Roseanne! :) Thank you dear! Cadbury’s my favourite!

Okay, let’s see… I ordered these:

• 1 x LUSH Brazened Honey Face Mask (75g),
• 1 x LUSH Rub Rub Rub (250g),
• 1 x LUSH Dreamwash (250g), and
• 1 x CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof Mascara.

Also in the parcel – two samples from LUSH – Imperialis Moisturiser and Angels on Bare Skin Cleanser. Roseanne even carefully taped the rims of the LUSH lids so that the contents get to me safely without any spillage! :)

I love that letter from Roseanne – it contains a breakdown of the order and a personal note! I can’t wait to meet Roseanne when she’s back in Singapore this June/July! We will go somewhere nice for lunch/dinner and it’ll be my treat, babe! :)

I totally recommend that you check out roseannebeauty mailorder - it’s such a great idea, and I’m so happy that Roseanne thought of doing this. Now I know who to turn to if I need to get my beauty items from Australia! She responds to emails so promptly, updates you on the status of your order in a timely manner, gives you a detailed breakdown of the costs, tells you when she goes shopping for your items and when she’s sent them out, writes that nice letter, packs your order so nicely… It’s not easy having to juggle all that, having to go to school and blog all at the same time. Props to you, girl! Thank you for everything.
