Plaidurday is just around the corner! Last year, I wrote a guest blog post for the inaugural Plaidurday. This year, I was invited to guest blog again. Being a beauty blogger, I wrote a plaid nail tutorial! More details after the jump. 

Plaidurday falls on Friday, 5 October 2012 (all the more reason to dress down!) – so be sure to get your plaid ready. Just in case you wonder what Plaidurday is all about, it falls on the first Friday of every October. On Plaidurday, everybody will wear plaid in celebration of… well, plaid! I hope you’ll like the tutorial, and please show me some photos if you do attempt to paint it. It’s super easy!

I don’t know if you remember, but I wore the same plaid shirt last August. This was me. I guess the weight loss really did show, huh! I’m glad I decided to do something. :) 

This is the plaid manicure you’ll be learning to paint. It is absolutely rad, if I may say so myself! ;) Even if you don’t own anything plaid, you can still wear a plaid manicure to celebrate.

Oh and I just booked my first. Vacation. Ever. I’m going to the Universal Studios again! This time it will be a 3-day 2-night stay at Hotel Michael. I can’t wait! Please don’t rain on me. Shrek, Fiona, Father Frog, Mummy, Hollywood, New York City, Steven Spielberg… here I come, watch out! ;D So happy. So very happy!
